What is MIDI Instrumentation?
MIDI, or Musical Instrument Digital Interface, Instrumentation is instrumental music that is played into a computer for playback through an electronic instrument designed with a digital interface.
The music is played, recorded and stored in a computer file. Each instrument voice is carefully adjusted for the proper characteristics, including range, tone, and sustain. This results in music that sounds very realistic, and is, indeed, the technology used for many Broadway productions currently on the road.

Why use MIDI?
Besides assuring that the music is of the highest quality, MIDI puts a virtual orchestra at your disposal. It also allows the flexibility of moving from one part of the music to another, just like turning a sheet of music -- something that can't be done easily with CDs or tapes.

What is a mezzo-soprano?
Mezzo-soprano is the female voice that overlaps alto and soprano. It is not as low as a true alto nor as high as a colortura soprano. The voice is rich in its tone and range.

Do you sing only in English?
Though I am bi-lingual French and English, I have sung in English, Spanish, Italian, German, Latin, French, Hebrew and Zulu.
If there is sufficient time prior to your event to accomodate a specific language need, I am willing to try to accomodate the need.
